Back to the market for some more
delightful iced coffee. It's in a glass here but it's very common to
take it to go in a plastic bag.
This time we visited Khouch's sister's stall and had some coffee and lunch.
We
had a traditional Khmer meal of rice soup, I have to ask the name
again. There is one bowl of soup, noodles, and vegetables in the middle
with a small tray of meat that is shared. I've found that nearly every
meal here is like that in fact. There is an overwhelming sense of
family and sharing, in both life and food.
Everyone has hammocks here. I'll be buying mine shortly.
Also, take a look at the chickens hanging on the right.
